Job Responsibilities:

  • Main Task: HR / Create Job Post / Hiring
  • Email management / Receive, organize & respond to emails
  • Make phone calls
  • Filing / Organizing Files
  • Basic book keeping
  • Basic accounting
  • Process payments
  • Invoicing
  • Travel booking
  • Manage social media page /Facebook Page manager
  • Customer Service
  • Attend meetings / Seminars
  • Manage calendar / Set meetings, set appointments
  • Research – Data Mining
